Yeah, that X-Pro model looks cool. We won't get that exact trim in Canada, it's a U.S. only model. I did see it at the L.A. Auto Show though, and I like it!

I heard on one video there was no wolf gray. I have a car on reserve in wolf gray

I had the opportunity to test drive the top model recently. I expected to be totally impressed. Well, it’s a nice car, but I wasn’t enough impressed to part with $40,000 over and above my trade-in. I like that it’s bigger than my 2014, but it doesn’t ride or handle that much better and isn’t that much quieter than mine. The lack of a turbocharged option or a bigger 4 or 6 cylinder were also factors that helped me make the decision to keep my current car. The new Sportage is a perfect size for me. I like the styling and certain amenities that mine doesn’t have; and the Sorento is more car than I need or want. I think Kia dropped the ball with the engine choices. Perhaps the next model year will have better opinions.

Do you need 7 seats? If so, you only have one choice. Beyond that, I would consider if you want certain features, (maybe a panoramic sunroof?) in general, you can get those features at a lower price in a Sportage. If you like the Sorento LX Premium, have a look at the X-Line and EX Sportage as both of those vehicles are just lower and just higher priced than the LX Premium Sorento. If you just like the features of the LX Premium Sorento, you can step down to the Sportage and get most of the same features in a lower priced Sportage. So if you don't need the 7 seats, you have options in both the Sportage or Sorento, and you may want to choose which one you like the best (Styling etc)

We do have leasing and financing programs. The programs can be different in different regions of the province, so it's best to check with your dealer. They should have information for you. Sorry that I can't help more.

So, in Canada Daytime Running Lights are designed to be front lights only. If you wanted the rear lights to activate without the full headlight system on, you can turn on the marker lights.

@@grahammay69 oh. Sorry. DRLs may be different in your country, but here they aren't tied to the rear lights. So the marker lights would be one click up from the auto setting.

I haven't done enough research on the Canadian vs. American models, but I expect the dial to only be on hybrid models.

The top model in Canada is the Sx and the next highest is EX premium. Also only get Dial in the hybrids

Yes, if you get the 8" centre display screen, it will be wireless. The larger screen has it, but it's wired.

Honestly, I don't know. At one point it was rumoured for late summer or early fall, but anything with a large battery in the entire automotive industry seems to have trouble meeting demand. I honestly don't think that many auto manufacturers can make promises right now. Once I hear of an official release date, I'll make a video.

Go to the PHEV model and you get the Plug in Hybrid which combines the 1.6 turbo with Electric to combine for 261hp and you have added b3nefit of not needing g to use any gas for city driving during g the warm monthes. Canada has rebates and its $5000 government rebate here in Ontario for the PHEV

It's not on the US website even though some are already available in US. But it is on the Canadian Kia website

I don't mind the digital dash, and I think the majority of people will feel like this is a higher end upgrade to a lower end vehicle. As far as the $413 number on our website... looks like there was an issue with the feed that automatically populates that field. We're looking into it and will get it fixed. Sorry about that!

@@BrantfordKia ahahah no worries. Personally I think the analog gauge with the big digital instrument cluster in the middle thats on the seltos looks better but I guess it all does comes down to personal preference. Mabey it looks better in person

@@BrantfordKia , this is a common problem in the US (people study a foreign language in high school, then promptly forget everything they learned). Cruz is a simple, short word. Incidentally, Tom Cruise (the actor) pronounces his name in the same (short) way even with the French spelling.

I do think they look better in person. Same thing with the EV6. But yeah, anytime they do something different, not everyone is going to like it. I do though!

@@BrantfordKia the only real issue I have with the styling is the boomerang shapped DRL's in the front. It gives me Mitsubishi Outlander vibes, and I loathe Mitsubishi for getting rid of the Lancer Evolution and turning the Eclipse into a crossover instead of keeping it an iconic Tuner car. Since buying my 2020 Telluride, I'm quite convinced that Hyundai/Kia is "IT" automaker right now, they are really innovating and moving fast. Truely impressive and the Telluride alone, made me an instant fan. I gave up my Subaru Sti for a Kia, lol.

The previous model looked awful. What are you talking about? The old one would have been embarrassing to drive. This one actually looks very nice.
