Live-Action HE-MAN Will Be A Origin Story

Күн бұрынWe have a update on the live-action Masters Of the Universe movie. According to screenrant.com in a interview with the directors. The new He-Man movie is going to be a origin story. Now I do like this idea, because it sets up a franchise story line for future movies, but im a little worried now that we might not see Skelator or some of his minions oin the movie which could be a bummer.

I would hope they might touch on the Keldor part of Skeletor's origin in the He-Man movie too. Wow it seems like they will make anything into a movie. Guess I will hit the theater and come out with a Viewfinder and some Play-Doh.

I am happy it will be an origin story for He-man and that Amazon owns MGM. I hope they have a lot of shows and movies with Amazon Prime.

Today on Sunday I got to eat some wanton soup that my wife made in the morning, it was really good. Than we got a call from my sister which she invited us for lunch to eat at Panda Buffet. Boy going eating over there was really greasy, but still good since they have so much variety. After that we went to the casinos to play some slots, and have couple of drinks. I like margarita the sour version with salt, and lime in the drink. I also like adding cherries in it too. I like munching on it after I drank all the drink up, and bite the lime. I had four of those and it was so freaking goood. The waitress there really kept it coming, she was really nice. Out of all that before we even tried to come home. We stopped at Dickey's BBQ to get some fried okra, and fries to munch on the road. My boys got some Wattaburger for dinner, and I was so freaking full munching on okra, and fries that I didn't eat my dinner which I got from the casino. I got a Philly steak sandwich. I'm going to be eating that tomooroww.

I keep forgetting the rights MGM has, that said I'm worried how Amazon will treat any new content for them but on the other hand it would be cool to see given a sort animated crossover anthology show of the better version of these characters(like I would be down to see Robocop and James Bond working together to take on a large underground empire with a mix of the 007 fantasy gadgets and weapons Murphy has accumulated)

@@RetroCrunch thanks =^w^= as for the He-Man movie I would honestly prefer any origin neatly summed up in its opening and we go forward with this being either early in his adventures or sort of the midway point.

Technically Amazon only owns half the rights to James Bond. One thing I heard Amazon wanted to do with James Bond was make him a intergalactic spy. Warner Brothers owns the Tom and Jerry rights. (Oh boy the lawyers will have a field day with this.) Also one thing I heard about the He-Man movie. (Not sure if they are still doing this or not.) They want to build Skeletor up the way Marvel did it with Thanos in the Avenger's movies. I stopped watching Maury ages ago. Play dough I heard suppose to be a cg film.(Probably like the Lego movie.) Gremlins would have liked a third film. Viewfinder movie not surprised.

A lot of the rights Amazon has is for the version of the film they own. Not all their rights translate to some of the remakes or other versions, just the ones that were part of the MGM collection or rights to the digital content. Im sure it gets confusing and all.. thats why I rely on other people to figure that out and I just report it as heard. :) Im not going to delve into the property rights of every movie or TV show that MGM had or that Amazon now owns.. What a nightmare that would be.

Gremlins secrets = Aahhh & still disappointed that Howie Mandel isn’t reprising, He-Man live action = hopefully won’t be like the other Herman movie = Amazon/MGM = hopefully that means they won’t just do streaming or unnecessary reboots, Murray show = last several years it’s been “My ____ cheated on me” & “Not my child” instead of the variety it used to do, U2 = 🤔, Lego Delorian = not sure about, PlayDoh movie = 😱…Viewfinder movie..🤬they hit rock bottom in movie ideas haven’t they

AJ Locascio is going to be voicing Gizmo and I couldnt agree more that it would have been nice to have Howie back - I guess he wanted too much money for voicing him again. If it were a live action movie I would have wanted it more, but for a animated series - its really common to use "knock-off" voice actors for the part.

Of coarse. Can't just set the story up in the first ten minutes of the film. I really wish origin stories would be toned down. There's no reason to put two hours all the time into an origin story.

Yes and all i have to say is anytime you go away from the source material you are chancing that fans will not like it - if your willing to accept that risk, then your doom be your own doing.
