Well done Senator Sifuna, I salute you sir. It is time to save Marsabit County. Billions and billions are sent to Marsabit by the Nationsl Government, within a second the billions are hijacked, NO salary payments for the county staff, no development, NO cash flow in Marsabit. The last development was done by former CS Yattani. Where does the money go when you can not even pay your own staff salaries?
