More democrats have called on US President Joe Biden to step aside and make way for a new face after yesterday's press conference at the NATO summit 2024. Addressing the media, President Biden mistakenly introduced Ukrainian President Zelensky as "Putin". On one occasion, he referred to Kamala Harris as "Vice-President Trump". Biden's repeated gaffes have heightened concerns about his fitness among Democrats. During the press conference, Biden described himself as the "best man for the job." But, almost 17 Democrats are now publicly urging the President to step aside. On Vantage tonight, Palki Sharma brings you the full story.

I feel as an American citizen we need to stop telling other countries what to do? Stop pointing fingers and look in the mirror. I'm embarrassed by Genocide Joe and his continued support for killing innocent Palestinians in Gaza. We need to provide health care to all Americans and not deploy weapons to Germany. Regarding Garcetti the US ambassador - Note that he was a former Mayor of Los Angeles - a city he ran to the ground in terms of crime, violence and murder. Very good explanation of work life balance. In general whatever employers might say, to this regard I laugh bit with what in video this CO says, employers will always try to get the balance in their favour. So you need to be responsive to it, to see what is right, and how you can have a good equilibrium work life. I also would say, that diversifying work, especially for those who have difficulty finding a job like you mentioned for young people is a good idea, but also for people who want to diversify for themselves or discover new opportunities. The government or companies should agree to that, but mostly, as I said employers will try to favorite their own balance, and might not. But very well explained Palki, especially as you said, for each one it can be different, and to take it in your own hand always better, for good life. 👍

Work-life balance is a nonsensical issue. An employee due to his work depending on its significance might assist towards the growth of the company, but that does not mean that the employer would dictate how the business is conducted. If one wants to have Wall Street job then that person should be motivated and willing to do what ever it takes. People do not become a billionaire wondering about work-life balance they work like hell. If someone wants a work-life balance go and find a mediocre 9-5 job that demands little and provides little incentive for hard work.

As a leaning BJP supporter and observer on India politics, l would acknowledge however the chalenges and achievements faced under different governments for a balanced perspective. During Manmohan Singh's tenure as Prime Minister, which spanned from 2004 to 2014, India saw significant economic growth and the emergence of a robust middle class. This growth was attributed to economic reforms initiated earlier, which liberalized sectors of the economy and opened up opportunities for entrepreneurship across various castes and communities. The downside of Singh’s government was that corruption was punished. Under Ji Narendra Modi's leadership since 2014, India has experienced stronger macroeconomic growth. However, this growth did not translated into equitable distribution of wealth and opportunities across society.We are witnessing a significant widening of the wealth gap between the rich and the poor compared to the previous government. But what is even riskier for India is that, Anti-corruption entities are used these days for targeted political aims.
