Every where there is both good and bad, so even in Indian armed forces there is bad people also. It will be wise to accept it. The one who is talking above is bad politically biased one.

What is optional? Youth has a right to employment and the state must be a model employer. In this case both the right to employment and being a model employer are compromised.
