Good to see you getting back into the ORX, I love the machine so far. XP has said they would work on an update at some point for the ORX and the D1. Hard getting used to the shallower targets giving that overload, other than that the depth in clean ground is fantastic I think.

The overload tone are what makes the XP machine fantastic. Learn the overload tone and learn it well. The overload is your best friend at skipping the big junk and pop cans

I love digging marbles, find them in privies all the time. We call the clay ones "bennies"(short for Bennington) due to the look of the glaze. My dad(born in 1924) who played with them as a kid called them "doughboys". Mostly we find blue,brown and white glaze with the occasional "fancy",white w/multi colored splotches. 👍

If a manufacturer would come out with a marble detector.....screw metal detecting man!! I think marbles are better than any jewelry or silver period!! It is just that shock factor of seeing a not metallic marble popping out of the hole when your just digging another trashy target. If you are finding marbles...you are onto a really good spot. Beat that spot up for years with many metal detectors and different coils and you will be amazed at how much stuff you miss....even if you swing slow all the time. You can never hunt a place out completely!!

@@PaystreakSuperfreak Sometimes I see folks comment about the nails,pull tabs or other iron junk you're digging but there's a pupose to it,that stuff can mask good targets,get it out of the way and you just might be rewarded with a US belt plate!!!👍Sign me up for the marble/bottle detector!🤣

Hello and thank you for your videos. I have the gmaxx from xp but I would like to buy an mlf. I don't know what to choose between the ORX and the LEGEND. What is your opinion ?

ORX is not a simultaneous frequency detector. ORX is 3 tone. ORX has the HF coils that work awesome for gold. Legend has many tonal options and beach

Help !! Love your videos I need help I ruined my Simplex I downloaded 2.78 and everything reads as scratchy iorn can't get no solid tones in the ground I've tried every mode and I can't find 2.77 on the website I want to switch back 2.78 do not work in trash or iorn at all How do I get back to 2.77 ?

I did not know why they took away the 2.77 from their website. I was not a big fan of the 2.77 because its instability. I did not like the newer versions on the Simplex at first either. I did get used to the tones because they are so much different on the 2.77 compared to the 2.78. You could ask around your area to see if a person could trade you machines. Call dealers to see if they know how you can obtain a 2.77 version. Downgrading your machine could hurt the circuitry in the detector and fry your coil. That is the reason why they took the older versions away because it was frying machines when trying to upgrade then downgrade then upgrade again(software glitch). Maybe someone has the older version file you can downgrade to....BEWARE THIS MAY HARM YOUR MACHINE.

@@PaystreakSuperfreak I deleted all the nokta software on my computer and re installed it then re installed 2.78 to my Simplex now it's working better than ever I think there was a glitch the first time I tried it it's much better now
