Lee why don't you use a drone to do your evaluation instead of getting on the roof??

To determine wind damage to tile often times you need to perform a deflection test which requires lift on the tile . Drones are great for marketing and I love them but will never replace the quality of a on the roof inspection.

Thanks . I had a lot of fun with this one . After we left turf ate lunch . I went back without camera crew and got another deal for one of my reps . 3 deals in a couple of hours in an area that had already been “worked out “ 🤣

We pay 1000$ upfront for each tile with damage and good wind date like these . On average these would be 5-7k after first upfront payment within 6-12 months . We sell shingle and it moves faster . Also do a ton of retail which doesn’t take as long as insurance .

I listened to less than 10 min of negativity for 15,000 in my pocket $ . That’s the problem with the world . Nobody wants to do anything hard . Knocking doors is actually easy . The fact you would never do this is the reason people like me get paid so good for what we do .
