Ishan has got many times more chances than many other deserving players. He would have been dropped long back unless he was playing for Mumbai. Ruturaj is not suitable for T 20, especially when you have players like Jaiswal or Avishek. He can only come if he can replace Gill. And if Ishan can play then even Prthwi Shaw can play, who is much better than Ishan

If you want left-right combination, I would go with Prabhsimran Singh & Abhishek Sharma or Ruthuraj/Abhishek. Prabhsimran can also be a backup WK for you. Otherwise, I would go with Jaiswal-Abhishek
