Kudos to Detective Hoppe & Plennes for being in court (representing all the people in their team & their hard work) for the long haul throughout this trial alongside the prosecution fighting for Lynn & all who truly cared about her.

No, Lynn clearly loved her downers Xanax and opioids…plus she had a drink problem…this is a lady who had a ‘habit’…highlighted by the fact that nobody wanted to see her towards the end. Jessy took advantage financially but nobody who doesn’t have a drug problem takes that amount of serious medication 💊 she was pissed off they’d stopped her opioids, legalised heroin. That’s evident from her medical records and testimony. Just cause she’s dead doesn’t make her a saint.

For Henry spiller to sit on that stand and say some of things he said, knowing thousands of people are going to watch this, such as, I don’t care how many ibuprofen you take, people can/have taken 20 and all you get is a sore stomach, is so careless and dangerous. There are warnings on meds for a reason, for him to contradict that and basically tell people nothing will happen to them, is so unprofessional and dangerous.

Because she certainly thinks she's smarter than everyone else...when in reality, she's a complete i-d-i-o-t that has not only embarrassed herself ENTIRELY, BUT she has embarrassed Scott, his kids and ex wives...Her mother feels no shame....She embarrassed her own self... they're both very much manipulative narcissists

Defense lawyer Kuchler trying more shenanigans today. She knows better. She's been around the block a few times. She must own some or part of the law firm she works for because her's and her sons names are on it. Jessy's other lawyer Pablo Galaviz is also well experienced. He also has his name on the Law Firm he works. For almost 30 years he was a Prosecutor in the Waukesha District Attorneys Office. At first I thought the pair may have been husband and wife.

He was trying to inform the court of issues between the type of meds lynn was taking and amounts and what side effects can happen when taking combined meds and amounts. Exactly what he was saying about statistical trickery, the whole prosecution was trucking. the prosecutor doesnt want some things given to the jury. I think he did a great job of giving the reasonable doubt. Yeah jessy should be charged in stealing money. But if someone is going to take them out, theg will find a way and will to do it. Lynn was in bad shape, depressed, money was stolen so in debt, but i dont think she is guilty of murder. :/

Up until now I thought that Jeffrey Dahmer was the worst in humanity that Wisconsin had to offer but having watched this trial from day one I honestly believe that Jessy Kurczewski is a worse example of how low someone can sink when motivated by greed. When caught, Dahmer owned up to what he did and showed genuine remorse. When faced with damning evidence of wrongdoing, Kurczewski doubled down and lied to the very end. She thought she was smarter than those around her and could lie her way clear of responsibility. This case was truly sad.
