@9:00 you can see that part of the street/sidewalk is totally GONE exposing underground structures. That could only happen if the explosion was also underground. Likely coming from there. In general looks like a gas explosion (or some slow air expansion vs a high explosive). The call it high explosive because of the high rate of the explosion, this would have to been much slower, YET we see no smoke or fire.
