I like your channel! I am learning farming through you! I have 500 acres in Central Kentucky and I'm only in my 30s and just got out of the military and don't know why, but my family never farmed it. My dad was too busy with the Rail road when I was a kid and he passed away and left it to me and I want to do something with it!

Grant is correct that land is the best investment! My little bit of farm acreage that I bought back in 1993 has tripled in value. Not many investments can make that much over time! Land never devalues unless somebody made a toxic waste dump out of it. I get so tired of all the out of state companies (developers, flippers whom I cannot stand as they ruin remote rural areas) sending me letters and calling my phone asking if I'd sell it to them especially since they offer less than half of what it's worth. Laura's dad is a lot like mine was in that he'd help you to get started but it's all up to you to work to make it into a success!

In 20 years farms will run themselves fully. Robots will fix tractor parts, sensors will sense trash build up or other issues while operating and stop. Robot will come to clear the trash. The farm owner will just need do management things :) Hopefully. Then you can go on lots of vacations. And I remember when bit coin was worth less than a $

I have a funny story about a geo tracker i gotta give the short version. . between the wedding ceremony and the reception the groom and his brother went for a liquor run. Unfortunately they went off the road rolling over. When 911 was called on them it was communicated .." Attention there is a roll over accident on E 17 2 miles east of andrew.. A Geo and possibly a tracker.." There was no serious injuries . and the newlyweds had quite the story for their kids.

Hi from Washington State. Your videos are great and very entertaining. Your video quality using your new WiFi in the shop is poor. The video is grainy with low pixel quality and low light quality. I recommend installing brighter lights above the table where your recording. You can also buy a booster to receive a better WiFi signal. This would definitely fix the problem unless your getting strong interference from the shop walls or building. God bless you both
