"Koutetsu(meaning 'steel')-Sangoku(meaning 'triple countries')-shi(meaning 'history')" is the title name of the Japanese animation, and the title of this song Mamoru Miyano sings is "Kuon(meaning 'eternity'). The title of the CD/DVD set,which you want to know,is "Koutetsu-Sangoku-shi Best Album (with DVD)". Now his first single CD "Discovery" is released. As the other member writes, you can get the set of CD and DVD from the online shops of Japan, like Amazon of Japan. We find so many kinds of CDs and DVDs of "Koutetsu-Sangoku-shi", but it is only one that we can get as a set of the CD(best songs,of course including this song) and the DVD(live of this event). 「鋼鉄三国志　ベストアルバム（DVD付き）」is the name of the set. I hope you can get it soon with no trouble.

And the guy's so tall and thin that when he waves he looks like a coconut tree swaying in a strong breeze on an island or something. xD Still, he sings really good.
