Took my NCLEX last week (second attempt) and passed with 145 questions! Ms Joyce review materials was very very helpful to me. For anyone that failed the Nclex, don't loose hope, I know many awesome nurses who passed the test on their 3rd and even 4th try. The test doesn't define how good of a nurse you'll be!

Having to Live with one of the worse sickness can be exhausting but I still have to believe I can be healed.

That’s nice, I have Been diagnosed with a cancer and I will definitely need her help and would also want to know how to get in touch with her. I hope she cures other sickness also?

Hello I missed this class this morning for the fact that I didn’t see my email till tonight but I did watch and answered all the questions! Congratulations to Deidra. Lord, I ask for your guidance today as I set out for better opportunities than yesterday. Do not let me stray from my path for You're my shepherd, oh Lord. Let Your staff prevent me from any error and let Your eyes watch over me and protect me from all danger. You're the only God and no matter is too big for You Lord. So, let flattened all issues that may plague my day. Amen.

Thanks Prof Regina, regarding number 5, elevated neutrophils, is not neutropenia wish is good for the explanation, but in the question you put elevated neutrophils, it’s the same for platelets too,thrombocytopenia is decrease, but you put elevated in the questions.

Hi proph. I don't understand why you say neutropenia is elevated neutrophils. Does chemotherapy cause neutrophilia? In the quiz about chemo effect on cells please.

On question #5 is it neutropenia or elevated neutrophils? I imagine low because the chemo is damaging them
