Putin also emphasized that Russia wasn’t invited to the Swiss-hosted meeting.
“The meaning of this event is clear - to get together as many countries as possible, then declare that everything has been agreed upon with everybody, and then present this to Russia as an already resolved issue, as an ultimatum,” he said to reporters while visiting Harbin, China.
