When are passengers going to realize (especially if you have freaking warrants) they absolutely do not have to identify during traffic stops. No other occupants in the vehicle have to identify. Of course they’re going to ask, but it’s a request not a lawful order. We wonder why people’s rights are constantly violated and most so eager to incriminate themselves. Pretty simple, most Americans don’t even remember they have rights let alone what they are or mean and definitely don’t know state laws, statutes, Supreme Court rulings etc. Hints: why we’re not even ranked top 20 as the most free country in the world. Let that sink in.

Judging by the ladder on the roof, bucket in the back row and other visible contents, he does some sort of trade for a living. Likely had a heavy piece of equipment or material in the back seat that flew up and hit the windshield from the inside

I mean sometimes you get a court summons in the mail just a couple/few days before you’re suppose to appear in court. I know someone who got a court summons a day before he had court. Then they try to hit you with a failure to appear if that notice wasn’t enough for you to notice. They play dirty sometimes.

That ladder looks bad. However Ive worked Commercial Construction for 25 years and you would not believe the way guys use bungee cords to "secure" 20ft lengths of pipe to pipe racks on trucks. Imagine a 4 inch diameter Cast Iron pipe punching through your windshield or back glass after a panic stop at highway speed. Not to mention Acetylene and Oxygen bottles that are uncapped. Its insanely dangerous.

"What drugs?!" Lady, the computer doesn't say specifically what drugs. Just that you have a, warrant for drugs.

Lots of assumptions made by that officer and the people in the comments about the man getting the kid to school. Just because he is an addict doesn’t make him a bad person. It genuinely looked like a guy just trying to get the kid to school. The parents knew what was going on and didn’t get the kid to school, so basically, while not perfect, this guy is doing what the parents couldn’t do.
