The inquiry into the Post Office Horizon IT scandal will continue today with Lord Arbuthnot of Edrom, a Conservative Peer, set to give evidence.

The former MP for North East Hampshire was one of the early champions of constituents who had been caught up in the scandal and led a parliamentary campaign to investigate the Post Office.
Between 1999 and 2015 more than 900 sub-postmasters were prosecuted for stealing because of faulty information given by the Horizon computer system.

Why don't they pay back the PM's own money stolen from them and easy to trace and then get on with compensation

The problem is that you have sociopaths in the upper executive positions of POL who would rather shut up the PMs and imprison them instead of admitting there was an issue. They all belong in jail.

a lot of sub post masters still if it was not for itv.they was still doing this over a month ago .courts was still asleeep and jailing people very robustly for the.P.O..

Starmer was the Director of Public Prosecutions during part of the time. 1 November 2008 to 1 November 2013, so yes, some of this was on his watch and a few of the cases were brought by his department. #Horizon #HorizonScandal
