The cost for Trust on account of lawyer fee of Rs 1 to 1 1/2 lakhs is exorbitant. In the USA it is usually sub $500 for majority people until unless the wealth is complex and complex beneficiary with super complex directives.

Some one assigning own income or asset to a private trust for the benefit of own or own family etc is basically defeating the purpose of personal liabilities. This is like defeating the purpose of having personal liabilities. Contradicting objectives.

8:30 This is the Most important use of this option today! In India Crores of court cases pending from Wives/Ladies on husband family just for greed of money! Abuse may be very small matter or reason. But such a draconian laws exist in India for family and women's empowerment matters, poor man keeps fighting even for his own life and earnings! ..

Wrong advice, if you are director in an company no one can touch your personal property, only the assets of company will be attached , that why more directors file insolvency, there is no provision in Section 340 ipc , however you can sue the the person in case of non compliance of clauses mentioned in trust deed under section 340 crpc which is a very tedious process and generally nothing happens, Advocate D K Yati

एक ट्रस्ट को जिसे भी सौंपा जाएगा संचालन करने के लिए किसी ट्रस्टी को तो वह क्यों मुफ्त इस दस्तावेज पर कार्य करेगा। वह ध्यान ही नहीं देगा कि उसका ट्रस्ट चले या नहीं।

सर हमारा २ प्रश्न है आप दोनों प्रश्नों का जवाब दें १. क्या ट्रस्ट भी Genral OBC या SC/ST कैटेगरी में होगा या इससे ट्रस्ट का कुछ लेना देना नहीं होगा ? २. क्या SC/ST कैटेगरी का व्यक्ति अपनी जमीन ट्रस्ट को बेच सकता है तब भी उसको जिला मजिस्ट्रेट DM से OBC या सामान्य वर्ग के व्यक्तियों की तरह खरीदने से पहले परमीशन कराना होगा या नहीं ?
