Prosecutors give remarks after a jury has reached the verdict in the Feeding Our Future trial of seven Minnesotans accused of a scheme to steal more than $40 million from the federal child nutrition program. Five defendants have been guilty on most charges and two found not guilty Friday afternoon.

I heard each one was involved one had juror list, one had the money, another started surveillance and when found out 1 erased his phone. They are all guilty. I do not trust the outcome of the trial

I am Somali. I congratulate the great work the FBI has done in apprehending the criminals and smashing their money looting and stealing networks. They should receive maximum jail term and once they complete their jail term, their citizenship should be revoked and deported to Somalia. All their assets should be confiscated to recover the stolen funds. Corruption and stealing public funds is the norm in Somalia. Somalis have exported the corruption culture to USA and other countries. Transparency international has consistently ranked Somalia amongst the most corrupt country globally.
