I bought the Renpure shampoo and conditioner after seeing you use it in a live some weeks ago when I saw how it melted into your clients hair. I've used it 3-4 now times and I love it! I had my quarterly blowout and trim last week, and my stylist kept complimenting me on how moisturized my hair was. She's never done that, and the only change I've made is incorporating the Renpure. Thank you!

Missed the rest of the live but I see you answered my question 😊 yes fasting is hard to be consistent with; hell being consistent with any weight loss plan is hard; I like the new plan you have sounds more reasonable lol I wish you well on your journey; you’ll find something that works ❤

Thanks for mentioning dermatitis. I was just diagnosed with a severe case of seborrehic dermatitis on the scalp and face. I’m using all the prescribed medications. Good to know of the things that will help after the prescriptions.

Yeah most doctors and dermatologists don't get to the root cause of the issues and instead try to medicate the symptoms. You may want to consider working with a naturopathic physician. They work with your doctor to help you achieve a more holistic version of health

Possibly dumb question that just came to me on live replay: can you have fine strands and be low porosity? Just cause I figure if you have fewer cuticle layers, then less likely to hold on to moisture well?

1:43:38 honestly, i just use clarifying shampoos that have chealating ingredients and it seems to be fine; afope seems to agree as well as "the guy" Javon, who is a cosmetic chemist(im assuming thats who you were talking about). I never saw him talk shit about grease, though. When was that?

He said grease and oil blocks moisture from the hair and can make it dry. He's also kinda wishy washy and inconsistent with his advice with products
