Those are fabricated documents that were 'leaked' to give some credence and make them appear as authentic. Ang nakakatawa lang kay Tobats, dahil may butas at luma ang kulay ng papel, authentic agad. Kahit mga high school students na magfafabricate, maiisip gawin yan. At alam nila gawin yan para magmukhang may original na pinanggalingan.

This hearing reminds me why I left the Philippines…..what a waste of time…looks like personal differences and attacks have been kept but brewing for years and using this venue to pour out dirty laundry is such a shame to the Filipino citizens. Instead of concentrating on the gist of why there are leaks from inside the government, the hearing is becoming like a soap opera. 😂

Bato's belief that the softcopy of the 'PDEA leaked document' is authentic is solely based on the color of the photocopied picture of the said document and the marks of punched holes in it. It seems that Bato has never heard of 'produced' documents in Recto. Kaya sa Recto magproduce ng school diploma na mukhang luma, gagamitan ng coffee. Brownish ang kulay, at pag kinunan ng picture or pagpinotho-copy ay mukhang luma. Puede ring pagmukhain na inanay na ang dokumento.. At any rate, the chance is very high that the original source of the photocopied document is with Morales since it did not undergo the usual process of PDEA (kaya walang control number). I guess he can't present the original source kasi baka mahalata kailan ginawa. May question na sa credibility because of past cases pero nahire pa ulit.. lumalabas tuloy na 'it is WHO you know instead of WHAT you know' sa paghire of some PDEA agents. haisstt..

Bato's declararion that the alleged PDEA document is authentic is laughable. He should consult lawyers reagarding documentary evidence. Any copy of document needs to be verified against the original or should be a certified copy thereof. In the absence of such, authenticity can not be established.

Validity of the document and if there was really a “PDEA LEAK” totally depends on the credibility of Morales. With so many distinguished people testifying on the character of Morales, I dont understand why Bato is still proceeding with the hearing. It is clear that Morales does not have any grounds to stand on nor does he have anyone coraborrating his case. This hearing should be adjourned.

Bakit naman siya aatend. Remember morales mentioned that he learned from somebody that ochoa blocked the pursuit of the operation and therefore not a first hand information. He also admitted that his involvement is only to process the pre-ops. Nobody in his right mind will attend such a moro moro inquiry di ba niya nababass ang mga sinasabi ni chiz na out of line siya nakakahiya. He had to beg so the hearing will continue. He cant even raised a point to dis agree with fellow senators. Palaging para sa akin or in my view sinasabi. He cant even intelligently forward a sane argument. Mga taga PDEA lang ang kaya niya sindakin.
