Congress will ensure the death of industries in the state of Karnataka with the introduction of reservations in private sector. What right they have to say whom to be employed and whom not to in the private sector? Are they investing and running those companies? Would they compensate the losses if the incompitent people are not able to bring business or not able to deliver the work on time to client? How would they compensate when company reputation takes the hit? Does congress wants all private companies become incompitent and work like PSUs which govt itself not able to manage or revive and try to privatise them. So govt doesn't want to perform and don't like to see someone peforming and contirbuting to nation building? Congress will first bring in reservations in name of locals and non-locals. Tomorrow they will introduced caste and religious based reservations. It seems to be a long term goal of killing India's prospects. What if US and other countries think on the same lines and stopped outsourcing to India. When world and the industry is respecting meritocracy the govts here also just have to follow that. Govts have to see why locals are not able to get a job when there are hundreds of companies operating. Why their education system is not able to equip them with required skills. There they need to bring in reforms. Congress must be thinking that they first pass the bill. Incase of retaliation from opposition or industry they can make them villain and try to get the vote in name of their committment for the welfare of the state. They are playing very cheap politics.

I support the Karnataka state government Bill, we need telangana state also at least 30 percent local quota, telangana people are not asking 100 or 50 percent, we need atleast 30 percent , I am asking natural justice

Entrepreneur sees easy availability of skilled workers he needs at low cost as he wants to keep in mind low cost of production and earn more profit. Secondly it is not direct employment in the unit of production, but in large scale indirect employment it provides is to be taken into account. Let the govt take responsibility of creation of necessary skill for the industry also quality wise to satisfy the needs of new Entrepreneur. As for as language is concerned , let the government appoint language professionals to teach the local language and develop the same.
