Originally from Liverpool, me (Andrew The KnightStrider) and Laura moved to Tenerife in the Canary Islands 6 years ago, and enjoy showcasing the island and our general life as well as travelling abroad when we can!
Join us this evening as we take a walk all the way from Los Cristianos to Fanabe and Costa Adeje. We walk all the way through Los Cristianos town, along Las Vistas Beach to San Telmo to stop for a drink in Havanas Bar, then through the Safari Centre in Las Americas and onto the main beachfront where it was surfers paradise and a phenomenal sunset over La Gomera. We then continue on through the Veronicas strip to see what bars are open there before continuing on to Puerto Colon where it was very vibrant with most restaurants full. Finally we walk along the top of Fanabe beach and stop for ice cream, checking out a few bars and restaurants that had re-opened such as the Winchester! Enjoy the Sunset!

So, I now just finished these three hours (at the catch up) of the busy promenade, restaurants and all. Soooo good to see it this way; certainly a difference with the last time you guys walked there 👍 In particular at the last part of the walk. And what a fun all the fans you saw at your way 🤣 Thought my iPad was broken when you were in the icecream restaurant and the sound was gone 😉🤣 Well, tomorrow the other two new vlogs (Teppanyaki and the Tenerife update). What an absolutely brilliant Sunday Vlog. Love the walk, everywhere we go when we're there. I agree with what you said about the Vibe on the Golden Mile, and the holiday smells. And seeing the fountain brought back so many memories. Poor Laura, trying to drink that cocktail....I really felt like she had been cheated. And seeing it at night, it all looks like it's almost back to normal. Love it. Stunning views. Can't wait to be back. Thanks for sharing your evening with us.

When we were there in November most things closed round there was like a ghost town cafe in Santiago 111 was open for coffee & we went to other cafe san borandon near the sea through shopping centre one of my favs x

Often walked this route,walked all the way from cabo blanco through to sky bar,keeps your fit ,at the moment I'm doing at least ten to eleven thousand steps a day,did pr work at dodahs and the union jack near Veronica's when i was living over there ,looks as though it will be next year before i get over ,good vlog as usual,stay safe both of you,come on the toffees from malcolm in hove England🇬🇧.

Great vlog as usual! Sadly our hotel Cleopatra still not open so it’s great to see you walking where we stay. We love the Safari Centre and the Empire Steakhouse. We always end the evening at the Parque laPaz row of bars. Roll on 2022! Stride on!

Hi guys from Calgary Alberta where Covid D still rages. Wonderful reminder of my last visit to Tenerife from some years back. We used to lunch at Surfers Bar on Las Americas and wonder if they are still open. Great fish & chips. Once Covid dies down plan to visit again.

Sorry only getting to finish watching your vlog now. We were actually in the airport waiting to fly home during your live. 😢 We spent 16 glorious days in our “happy place”. 1st week was so hot 🥵. It was so easy to travel from Dublin with our double vaccination. Very surprised at how busy Los Cristianos & PDLA was. We are Golf Del Sur & it’s still very quiet. We walked through Los Cristianos on Sunday before we left & thought it was quieter than it had been but families with school children may have returned home. Definitely recommend booking restaurants if you have particular ones you want to eat in. Great to see life starting to return to some sort of normality. 👏👏👏 Great vlog & we’ll done to you both for doing over 3 hours. You are becoming 2 celebrities walking along. 😂😂 Ps any reason why I couldn’t see the live chat on catch-up?

Hiya, really enjoying your videos 😀 need some help from you please , I’m flying to Tenerife in 2 days from Barcelona. I arrived in Barcelona from uk on 29/8 so stayed only a few days . Can you please help with what I need to be able to get into Tenerife from mainland Spain . We have not been vaccinated so what tests etc do we need ? Also do we need to fill in a form ? Thanks guys

Just shows how quiet things still are. That strip behind Parque La Paz, with the Highlander, Hole in the Wall and Highland Paddy's, they are normally very busy, almost impossible to get a seat.
