He actually complained about having to appear in court "so early in the morning" at 9:30 AM. This is coming from the guy whose last months in office were a meme of "he will work from very early in the morning to very late in the evening..." even when we knew he never went into the Oval Office until after 11:30 AM and was out by 2:30 PM every day.

I don't think that it will. I think that the two biggest threats are these: one, that the jury will convict but Judge Merchan will go to light on sentencing just like he's gone to light on enforcing his own gag order. Two, Trump will not be remanded until he has exhausted every appeal and the last appeal is the Supreme Court who will hear it because of who he is but drag their heels until after the election, or worse yet overturn it.

It can’t wind up like OJ, because in NYS an acquittal requires all twelve jurors to say he is innocent. That will NEVER happen. If a few hold-outs vote not guilty, that is a hung jury, and a new trial can be immediately scheduled. Keep him in a courtroom forever, Mr. Bragg.
