Every box contains at least one autographed card and one card featuring costume material actually featured in one of the films. If I get the duo signed card of John Cleese and Judi Dench I'll do 7 shots live on camera.

That Hugo drax card is an obsidian parallel which was pretty hard to hit

Lovely stuff, Calvin. Nice hit with the Drax obsidian. It’s ’crystal clear’ there were no Bond fans working on this card set…a Sir Donald Munger crystal clear card is my favourite obscure one!

Love these trading card videos hope you do lots more. I also recommend the chat choice of Beverly Hills Cop, it's very witty and I don't know if you have seen the Sean Connery movie Medicine Man but it's really underrated and fun to watch. Keep up the great work. 👍👏👌

Thanks as always Calvin and I do apologise if you think I'm giving you too much stuff all the time to watch as usual. 56:55 and please do get the book ' The Bond of The Millennium ' the updated version by Nicolas Suszczyk because of what I've said. awww well done . if i may, i hope to recommend all ive shared with calvin too like the movie HOSTAGE 1992 starring Sam niel, agent cody banks because it has nano bots, Teen agent or other wise called 'If looks could kill' . also, please chaeck the episode from 'Star Trek Deep space 9' called 'Our Man Bashir' as its a bond parody that premiered on TV the same night as GOLDNEYE. @@FilmNerdy

When mentioning Bond actor autographs , Calvin mentioned George, Pierce and Daniel. Did Timothy not have any autographs available?

Not from what I've seen... George, Roger, Pierce and Daniel have all signed for these sets but not Timothy or Sean as far as I've been aware!

In the From Russia With Love Novel wasn't it suggested that Bond had a relationship with Tiffany Case after the conclusion of the Diamonds Are Forever adventure, but they both got bored with each other

@@wjkesq9918 At the end of Diamonds she comes back with him to the UK with the intent of marrying him but the relationship falls apart and she meets somebody else. M asks Bond if there still together given it would make him sending him after Tatiana awkward if they were!

Personally I've always felt the kiss at the end between them was a bit forced [even if she is envious of Lupe sleeping with Bond]. Like Wai Lin they feel more like colleagues to me.

Sam Neil when promoting the most recent Jurassic World movie said that his agent pushed him into his Bond audition as he wasn't keen on the publicity around Bond. As he was a good friend of Pierce Brosnan, seeing how desperate he wanted the part was in contrast to his own attitude and he was delighted when Pierce was eventually cast. Clive Owen also said he wasn't keen on the hype around the part so was glad he also never did it. I do wonder if any of the 'usual suspects' linked to Bond are not keen in reality?

Did Sam Neill audition for Bond just in the 80s to replace Roger Moore or did he also audition in the early 90s when Timothy Dalton decided not to come back?

@@spencerkindra8822 It was in the 80's to replace Roger Moore. There is footage of him in the Living daylights documentary doing the 'From Russia With Love' scene with Fiona Fullerton [kept on from 'View'] playing Tatiana.

@@jamesatkinsonja I've seen that footage, I'm pretty sure Calvin did a video covering it. But yeah I figured that Neill only auditioned in the 80s because by the time GoldenEye happens in 1995, he's both too old and too famous to play Bond. Honestly at 42, Pierce Brosnan himself was ALMOST too old to start playing Bond. He got the role just before it was too late for him. Which is funny because he was still three years younger than Roger Moore in LALD haha.

42:04 For years I assumed the character was called 'Adam' after the actor as it's a very mundane name for a heavy so I was surprised he was actually called Tommy! 44:52 Elizabeth Debicki is a great actress but she's has already been the female lead in 'The Night Manager'+ 'Tenet' and a villain in 'Uncle' and 'Guardians of the Galaxy 2+3' so maybe she'd feel she'd already done those sorts of roles [although I'm sure she'd nail it and has had a fine career given she's only 33].

Watching your stream back a few hours later... I'd say Joseph Furst is fantastic as a Doctor Who villain based on a Bond villain, but you can absolutely survive on just his famous "NOTHING IN ZE WORLD CAN STOP ME NOW" cliffhanger moment. Because the full story he's in isn't very good and has two out of four episodes missing from the archives and you'd have to jump through hoops to watch the rest. In terms of recommendations, I'm again going to champion the aired just before the release of GoldenEye and caused real legal issues "Our Man Bashir" episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

The sun has reported that 'Aaron Taylor-Johnson has been offered the Bond role' which doesn't make much sense [given Bond 26 is clearly not in any sort of production yet] and feels rehashed from the December 2022 reports [and BBC have reported it with the same tired old names listed to pad it out]. But since an upcoming film of his [Kraven the Hunter] is following on as a 'Sony Spiderverse' film from the recent bomb 'Madam Webb' [even if it's not out until August] maybe that explains it!

The Independent as well. I can't believe the rubbish that gets puts out by the media about Bond 26 as click bait. The story is that ATJ has been asked to sign and is expected to this week. With Bond 26 to film This Year. Amazing considering there's no director or script. Of course the story always comes from an unnamed insider. Some even say Cillian Murphy was wanted by EON after winning his Oscar but HE said no. Hmmm 47 and winner of the latest Best Actor Oscar wanted as Bond. Yeah, that makes sense....

@@davidjames579 100% agree. There is often so little logic and detail about the reports [like saying Nolan wanted to do two Fleming accurate films-not saying which books he's adapting of course!]. As the last couple of rumours [like the 'two period Bond] made little impact I'm surprised this got so much attention. One of the worst was the Mirror reported Richard Madden would be offered Bond 'withing days' of Bodyguard finishing in 2018...when NTTD was already in production with Craig! [as an aside, I thought it was odd that Susanne Bier told the Guardian she wanted to do Bond 25 when usually the people rumoured usually stay quite or deny it and little more was heard about the story].
