This young man sounds like a 1920s black man singing on his barnyard porch with his steel guitar in hand. Must have that reincarnated soul in this young man's music. I close my eyes and feel like I'm hearing an old 78 rpm record. Incredible in this age and time that these youngsters are appreciating and enjoying this genre of blues.

HEARD a tune of theirs on a movie soundtrack, the song was GOING UP TO THE COUNTY, its a tune by Can Heat I loved these guys from the get go.

I’m loving this so talented family. I only heard them for the first time two months ago. Lewis looks and sounds like he belongs in a different era, absolutely fantastic.

A great song well done by this band. They put some serious aural texture into the song, yet its still a simple piece.That bass was a wth?! Its a fretless danelectro from the early 60s and surprisingly, is made of masonite (basically hard molded paper). Usually reserved for the cheap furniture you see in wally world, back in the day (1960ish) this bass was designed to BE cheap. (now its reissued and to great raves at that ! or $450 on Amazon ). She makes it work it magic very well.

YUP.. I keep coming back to it also. I played this for my brother in law who sings in a retro 70s band.. he said.. " doesnt do anything for me" thats when I realized he was stuck. LOL.
