I went tonight, my first darts event. Great event the quality from Smith and Price was great to watch. Also, what is with all the booing with Price, seems a nice enough fella, and a great showman.

Aspinall is so underated he’s one of my favourite to watch at the minute, of course the usual suspects seem to be on a different level, but he’s getting there and playing some brilliant darts

That was a wonderful night of darts. The quality was so high and there was some scintillating stuff in those quarters. At the start of the show, John Part predicted Price to win the night and Wayne Mardle predicted Smith to win and as soon as they were in the semis i was anticipating a match between them two especially with how they played in the quarters. The final didnt disappoint. Two guys playing absolutely brilliant darts and that sort of performance from Smith is the only way to beat Price nowadays. Gezzy missing a few darts at tops cost him in the end but besides that he played pretty good, Smith was just a little better and did the right things at the right time on throw. Cant wait for the playoffs. MVG better up his game if he wants to defend his title coz Smith and Price r looking like huge threats to dethrone him.

Smiffy has such a wonderful effortless action. A joy to watch!

This was a very watchable final. Both players showed the highest quality of darts👍 Price was very good, but Michael Smith was even better, so deserved victory for the Bully Boy 👏

Bully Boy was on smoke from the jump.. 6-1 thrashing of Dobey.. 6-2 slapping of Snakebite with that 164 out (he should stick with these darts.. least he got past MvG).. and Price in the final who's also been running riot. I reckon VDbB, Dobey and Wright are out and it's just between Smith, Clayton and Asp!
