Learn how to make crispy lachedar chicken paratha,best for lunchbox or breakfast
ingredients
for dough
wheat flour or all purpose flour half kg
salt 1 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
water as required
oil 1 tbsp
for chicken filling
boneless chicken 500 grams
salt 1tsp
tandori or tikka masala 2 tsp
lemon juice half tbsp
oil 2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste or powder half tsp each
crushed roasted coriander 1 tbsp
crushed roasted cumin 1 tsp
turmeric 1 tsp
red chili powder as required
garam masala half tsp
green chilies as required
bell peppers half cup
onion 01
coriander fresh 1 tbsp
mayonnaise or fresh cream 2 tbsp
for layering'
melted ghee and flour
for topping
nigella (kalonji) seeds and fresh coriander

Superb. Will definitely give it a try. Sister, i made aloo paratha from your recipe, these turned out excellent. Now, in this recipe, you are using baking powder in the dough. Could you please tell me the difference in the two doughs? I mean, what happens when you use baking powder and when not.
