Hey Neil! Great video. Gives us a day in the life of Neil. It would give us a prospective on your daily life. Have a best friend who is dying & still drinking with end stage liver disease. Now I am unfortunately waiting for notification that she has passed. It’s really sad ❤! Keep em coming!

can you please tell how does ascites feel? how to differ between beer belly and ascites? like i have heard if you can contract the stomach inside fully, it's not ascites

have you ever tried a 7 day fast, or shorter term intermittent fasting? I had a very bad fatty liver, until I started intermittent fasting. I did 1-3 day fasts or 3 months, with my last fast being a full 7 day fast. My belly stopped sticking out and my liver is back to normal.
