Any patient with cancer even treated , should be inspected for Mets in other organs of body .
Abdominal Ultrasound is the basic protocol for any diagnosis.
Here is a case of Mets in liver in 67 years old female patient. Having history of carcinoma.Inspite of treatment it was found to be spread into different organs of body including liver .
Mets in liver have different range of appearances on ultrasound and it varies patient to patient and the type of Mets .
In this case it was found that there were different hypoechoic lesions of varying sizes was occupying whole liver.
