Swelling could also be because of excessive walking or excessive use of the treadmill. I too experienced the same thing. Give ur feet some rest and elevate them

The swelling in the legs is one of the side effects of IVF medications.Because these medicines cause water retention. Exercising,eating healthy and drinking lots of water during IVF cycle may help.

Avoid using iodised salt . Always using rock salt or pink Himalayan salt while preparing food . It helps reducing bloating. Also elevate ur legs while u sleep which is u can keep it on pillows at height . Swelling will reduce . Hope dis helps 😇👍🏻

No only cure is to use less salt If anybody avoid iodised salt then thyroid problem occurs it happens with me Better to use salt in less quantity

Hi sambhavna This is due to hormones used in ivf It’s mild ,so bloating is due to water retention as u mentioned . LFT enzymes will come down gradually.

Wear an edema stocking for lymphoedema. Swelling common for IVF treatment women over forty. Keep your foot raised often. Try applying gingelly oil to aid circulation.

The toy fox terrier earned the title of "Oldest Dog Living" from Guinness World Records on May 17, when she was 22 years and 50 days old. Mam ur swelling reason is only ur too much walking for complete ur target..you can do only ur indoor activity...not outside..and don't think about body shaping just chill and relax..take rest and don't give more stain to ur leg..love u mam 😘

Sambhavna avoid standing or running for too long ..the swelling is from sprain on ur ankles..i experienced the same issue last year during workout..take rest for some days
