Unfortunately, we don’t have that controller to experiment with. We hear you can’t even install 3rd party apps on it. Is there a setting which controls the HDMI port? If you can send a clean feed (camera only-none of the icons, ect.) out it, you could use a capture card and a computer.

I wish I could help. I know the enterprise controller is different but I have no experience with it. I don’t know if it supports livestream. Have you asked DJI Support?

On the RC Pro? I guess it’s possible the M3T isn’t compatible??? Sorry, we don’t have that drone to test. Do you have another drone compatible with the RC Pro? I wonder if it shows up on that one.

Weird. I would try using the DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drone Series). Check to make sure the firmware is on the current version and update if not. You can also refresh the firmware if it's already current. Are you able to unpair/re-pair the drone? If nothing works, you'll have to contact DJI support... They may want you to send it for repair. Hello. Yes. Test on private WiFi. Sorry you’re having frustrations. Bad internet could be the issue. Streaming does use bandwidth. You might try using the method we go show in our “Facebook Solved” video. It uses Restream between the controller and Facebook. Although you’d use KZfaq instead of Facebook. Restream will help troubleshoot the quality of the stream. We’re actually working on a video now using it to go to Instagram. It should be out in a week or two. Good luck 🍀! Very interesting. Which app in both cases? I’m doing a video right now on the original Smart Controller live-streaming to Facebook. I found it depends on whether it’s using the Regular Fly App or the GO 4 app.

I just tested it on the RC-N1 running all current versions of firmware and software. I am seeing option to use it as an Encoder. In the description we added an update on Oct 24, 2022. It says, “We have read, and have confirmed by 2 sources that the DJI RC Controller (the one that comes bundled with the Mini 3 Pro) does NOT have RTMP encoder support and is therefore not capable of live-streaming.” We don’t have that controller to confirm. But, it’s likely that the Transmission tab is not there as a result.

We don’t have that drone so I can’t say for certain. Probably. If not this method then likely another we show in one of our other videos on live streaming.

Hello! I’m not sure I understand. We only use the computer to setup Restream. Then, it’s just a service that’s out there running waiting for you to send the stream. The setup is done on a website through a browser. You should be able to use your phone for that. I hope that answers your question.

Okay! We were successful live-streaming to Facebook. Pretty much used the same method. Some differences. We’ve started on the script

Oh. I launched the stream on Facebook from my PC and sent the stream to it from the Smart Controller. Much like I did in this video.

I have read that controller does not support Live-streaming. I have a friend who has that RC and drone and have asked him to verify. I'll let you know. Do you have another controller? I believe the Mini 3 Pro is also compatible with the RC Pro. It might also be compatible with the RC-N1 controller.
