As an Enneagram 3, high achiever, hustle mode ALWAYS on business owner, I really have struggled with the concept of PLAY. The concept of making joy a part of my everyday life. There are days where I have literally been "business Melanie" 24/7 and that is no fun for me or for those around me.
A friend recommended that I start making daily play a priority.
Take a walk, get fresh air, have a dance party, sing at the top of my lungs. Just laugh because I can! I've started doing a few of these things and I'm going to share with you because I know my fellow 3's need to hear this!
