"Foreign place* doesn't always mean abroad, but could also be a different region in the same country where people speak a different language/dialect. A friend of mine whose lagna lord is in the 12th and Venus/Rahu conjunct in the 9th married someone who is from a province which is 6 hours away from where she grew up. She also relocated to that place with her husband 2 years ago.

When I lived in my own country I had a problem learning math in my own language. I moved to USA when I was a teenager and math became so easy to me in English. Learning was easier in English. I resonate with this a lot! Living abroad and in now over 14 countries for last almost 20 years! Even the voice , cord vocals, change, like a guitair, when we speak different language or even accent, diction if we try. When young i was never attracked to "local" boys and always attracked to foreigners and tbh, it was the othe way around also. Yes foreign language uses the mathematical part of your brain. I for example change 100% when I speak persian and I only adore my son and dog in persian. I cannot express love in English. Or any foreign language. No one can (unless you are not multi lingual). Or express feelings. Not as deeply. As my native tongue. This is scientific fact re how mother tongue is spoken through your right, more emotional, more poetic, more spiritual part of brain. Foreign languages are spoken from left brain. The factual brain. The mathematical brain.

About 14 out of nowhere i started speaking romania to mum because family was muslim on dads side. I think the overall energy of the chart is more important than any placements. I have a lot of placements that show foreign settlement and foreign partner/spouse but I find it very hard to accept the idea of being with someone from a foreign culture.Mostly it is because I would not raise kids in a foreign religion or different beliefs and values from my own. My Jupiter is very strong, and I am strongly anti-organised religion. Yet at the same time, I do not really feel I belong in my country, not completely. In my chart I mostly have fixed signs, air and earth. Edit: I do love travel though, and did hope to move somewhere near the sea at some point in my life. I am guessing transits and mahadashas are very important too. I am 10 years into my Rahu Mahadasha, Rahu is in my 7th house, have travelled a bit, even stayed abroad for more than a month a few times, but no real opportunity of settlement abroad or even strong desire on my part.

Very interesting video. I can agree with everything what is said on this video as it characterizes my experience! Even the childhood trauma part. So, my chart ruler sun is in 9th house together with Venus and mercury. My moon by whole sign system is in 12th, however by placidus is in 11th. My 7th house ruler is Uranus in Sagittarius in 5th. So there might be some connection as I live in foreign country now and my partner is a foreigner from 3rd foreign country. Also I have love affair with astrology lol. I have Pluto in 4th in scorpio opposing my mars, but my sun, venus and mercury are located in aries, so probably that's what indicates my not so great childhood experience.
