I love it!! the bird song is *perfect.* I love vlogging like this; having breakfast, doing chores, trying to stay off the smart phone and craft and such. Also it's so refreshing to have someone who is really truly just LIVING and doing it on their own because it's so much more realistic. I'm living on my own too. It's not all aesthetic and I don't really have any engagement or sponsorships, it's just doing life. Your place looks VERY cozy, well kept, and lovely. Reset days are the best. I love decluttering, too. There's nothing like it :D Also HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I completely feel ur pain when it comes to anxiety. I have had those types of panic attacks while driving, too. It's the WORST. I blast the AC or roll down the windows so the fresh air can calm me, doesn't always work but it helps sometimes. Anyway thank you for sharing your life with us, I am finding this all so relatable. You're a lovely person! have a beautiful day.

I've been wanting to make more connections in the "living alone vlog" community! I think we might be a unique bunch lol, it seems everyone I know has a million roommates! I feel so very privileged to have my own space, and I think about how lucky we are to be able to manage our own living places and decorate it the way we want to. I deal with stress in different ways. Clean, sleep, eat... Depends on the stress origin. 😟

Outside of prayer, I do breathing and stretching exercises from KZfaq. I also allow myself plenty of time to get ready so I don't feel rushed.

Happy birthday May! 🥳🎂🎁 I know how you feel with the anxiety, it can be horrible to deal with sometimes. I also feel the same as you about getting older. I just turned 43 and my life is far from where Id like it to be, but Im always thankful for another year as my grandparents passed away kind of young and I have lost a few friends too. Im sorry to hear about your friends. Its never easy to deal with something like that 😢 I hope you had a nice birthday and thank you for you for another video and for sharing your life with us 🙂

Hi, yes, we all deal with anxiety differently, we just learn to navigate with it. Im very sensitive about issue of ageing 😄 , we can only hope that we get to enjoy it as we travel on. Thank you for connecting, love hearing from you! 💕
