adulting isn't easy, especially if you're in your chapter of living alone. it's such a life changing journey filled with beautiful lessons and realizations. who knew making friends as an adult would be even more difficult than back in high school and college?
I'm so glad that I reconnected with one of my good college friends here in atlanta! i really want to learn how to show up and be a better friend overall and not put all my time and every into work. life is so much more than that. we tried Planta, the began restaurant for the first time and it's definitely worth the hype!
super excited about continuing to put together my custom IKEA Pax wardrobe and getting things more organized in my apartment. slowly, but surely, it's all coming together!

As an adult, living through your 20s, it’s very difficult to find a genuine connection between your friends because you have to make a realistic decision on who are really your friends fr 😢 and it’s crazy because people can say they’re your friends but really they are plotting on your demise.

girrrrl!! no one warned us about this, but i am so happy i'm still able to connect with friends from my younger years that feel like we never fell off. as adults it's harder because everyone has so many more responsibilities and so many other factors are thrown into the mix. but we got this!! 💗

It’s easy to make acquaintances and as an adult you have to take the time out of your schedule to make them into friends. Especially since a lot of us made friends from proximity (school, community, college, etc.) it ain’t so easy when you may be halfway across town from each other or have busy schedules 😭 love the vid!

I found my truest friends in my 20’s . Hold on to that friend , she’s genuine and it comes through . The older we get the harder it is to find the real ones . Beautiful vlog, so relaxing

It's so nice to catch up with old friends. Your friend seems so nice and GENUINE, which is something you don't find much these days. I hope you guys remain friends for a lifetime, not just a season. I have a very good friend from my childhood and we have been friends for over 20 years, still going strong. 😊 We've been there for each other through relationship breakups, childbirth, and any other significant events in our lives. Just seeing you with your friend makes me 😊. Hold on to her....she's a keeper. Also, thank you for changing the color of your writing. It's so much easier for these "old" eyes to see 😅

Yes ma’am, Atlanta’s weather is very much unpredictable. But you are also here during storm season. We get a lot of aftermath of the tropical storms that hit Florida and the east coast. But this was such a beautiful vlog. I don’t know what happens when the camera is off, but from what I see on-camera, your energy is much more even/calm since being in atl. esp after moving from the original dark apt. Love that for you. Making friends as an adult is way harder than in school. At least when you’re in college, you’re put in a place with people who share some of the same ideas as you already. As an adult it’s like you’re constantly playing hide and go seek. You gotta find the right type of people that match your vibe and energy and the thing that makes it harder is that adults usually already have their friend group established and aren’t into adding anyone else 😭
