here's to the start of a new month, getting back into a healthy routine amidst the transitions happening in life. this week in particular has been super up and down, but i'm happy i was able to find a silver lining and still make way for doing things that make me feel good.
my great grandmother's passing has me in such a reflective mood because she was the eldest in my family and the only one i could really connect with to learn more about my family history and lineage. if you're reading this and you still have the chance to connect with your great or great-great grandparents, i highly encourage you to do so.
on the brighter side, i'm really excited about my move to Atlanta. i can't believe it's happening. it feels really good to finally put my fear aside and no longer hold myself back for whatever reason. excited to bring you all along the journey!

Im 34 year old single mom with 2 daughters, 9 and 3. I have alot of regrets. One is not living my best life LIVING ALONE prior to kids and relationships. Its harder after and most never make it back to themselves. I watch your channel to live vicariously through you! You’re doing well Sis! I promise!❤

I’m 35 and I can agree with Nikki 100%. I was the oldest and set to be the one to look up to by all the siblings and grandkids. I did things by the book and let’s just say, I am separated, will be divorced soon, a single mom to a 7 year old and honestly I’m at peace. I wish I took my time instead of living my life to think being married with kids by a certain age is the end all be all and it’s not the move. At least not for me. Lol I’m starting over and I’m okay with that. 😊

I’m a 32. I’ll be 33 next Thursday I’m a single woman no kids and still feel like I’m just getting ready to start on a new chapter but you really remind me of when I first moved out into my first apartment. Love this channel. Love you. Praying for you!

Yes candle rituals for the ancestors!! You can also set up a space (altar) for them in your space filled with their favorite things, snacks they likes, articles of clothing, pics of them.. also condolences to great granny!

Momo's and Daily's are a few of my go to places to work from home! my landlord has been super sweet throughout this process as she understands the toll of living so far way from home has been on my mental health. so i will not have to pay out the rest of my lease. truly a blessing 💗
