Fam six days a week of weight training is just way too much volume to handle. These type of things can come as a result of burning yourself out over the years with work, working out and little, low quality rest. Sometimes taking a step back is the only way to move forward plus as we age less is more when it comes to training. It's all good fam looking slim now time to get stronger. We here for you 🙏

It had to be be fate that I discovered your KZfaq today. I too was battling pneumonia a few weeks ago and constant shortness of breath that was seriously reducing my quality of life and energy and ultimately ended up in the hospital as well. Like you I couldn't help but develop the "why me" mindset at that time and though im slowly getting better and getting back to life, this video was nothing short of all the inspiration I needed to completely change my mindset and decide to live life fully again and live the life i deserve. I thank you so much for sharing your story. Truly an inspiration 💪💯!
