In case you want to make my all-time-favorite dessert - Mascarpone curd creme -
Here's the 🥣 RECIPE
1 cup Whipped Cream (around 200 g whipped)
250 g Mascarpone Cheese
500 g Low-Fat Curd
150 g Sugar (more or less to your liking)
+ add anything you like on top e.g. tangerines, raspberries, cookies, ...
