How Would You Define Success? The people of Israel mourned for Moses on the plains of Moab for thirty days, until the customary period of mourning was over. -Deuteronomy 34:8 Sometimes, when a Christian dies, other well-meaning believers might say that we shouldn’t cry because they’re in Heaven. But when you lose a loved one who has died in faith, go ahead and cry because the depth of your sorrow is an indication of the depth of your love. When young Stephen was martyred for his faith in Christ, Acts 8:2 tells us, “Some devout men came and buried Stephen with great mourning” The Bible also says the people wept when Moses died. In Deuteronomy 34:8, we read, “The people of Israel mourned for Moses on the plains of Moab for thirty days, until the customary period of mourning was over” They wept over Moses because he was such a special person. He was the friend of God. The Bible says, “There has never been another prophet in Israel like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face” (Deuteronomy 34:10) Even so, we can have a closer relationship with God than Moses had. And here’s what Jesus said about John the Baptist, who was the last of the Old Testament prophets: “I tell you the truth, of all who have ever lived, none is greater than John the Baptist. Yet even the least person in the Kingdom of Heaven is greater than he is!” (Matthew 11:11) Maybe you’re thinking, “How does that work? How could I be greater than John the Baptist?” You’re greater in the sense that you have a closer relationship with God because you have Christ living in your heart. When you believe in Jesus, He comes and lives inside you and changes you from the inside out. Therefore, what kind of difference is your life making? What kind of legacy are you leaving? Where are you in your life? Are you in the morning of it? Are you in the afternoon of it? Or, are you in the evening of your life? We don’t know how many more years we will live or how many more years of ministry we will have. We never know when the Lord will call us home. That is why we want to be ready to meet God. And we want to live lives that are worth emulating. Corrie ten Boom, a very godly woman who survived horrible things in a concentration camp during the Holocaust, said, “The measure of a life, after all, is not its duration, but its donation.” Think of people who have made history because they stood up for what is right and what is true. Edward Everett Hale said, “I am only one, but I am one; I cannot do everything, but I can do something. What I can do, I ought to do. And what I ought to do, by the grace of God, I will do.” We tend to think that success is defined by a long life. It is, if it is lived for the glory of God. But even a short life, if it is lived for God’s glory, is still a success.

It's inspiring that you have the time to walk outside, and watering your plants looks so motivating. I like the idea of planting the plants in a pot since you don't have land to plant them on. Filipinos are finding ways to make use of everything. I also thought you had a green thumb, Ms. Che, since your plants are a bounty. I tried planting too three times already, but they were all unsuccessful. :)

Hello my dear Che! 😊It’s your BF (biggest fan 🤩) Jerry! Just watching your new video. I love your little garden outside and I wish I could share pictures with you of my flower garden? I live in Ann Arbor Michigan in a small one bedroom apartment and I’m also alone. Is there a way to share pictures with you or no? Do you know why so many vloggers won’t reveal their faces? I’m wondering? But I’m happy that you are not so shy because you are so pretty!😍 You mentioned the date of may 22 last time and my birthday is May 23! So I felt like you were sending me a happy birthday wish 😂. I have two half brothers from a different mom and a different father and they are both born on April 8! Small world hey? I enjoy how your company gives you a gift to celebrate! Here in the USA that doesn’t happen. 😮 And how you treat each other by remembering each other when you travel. I was so happy when I saw that you had posted another video so soon after the last time!😊 thank you for sharing your story with us I really appreciate and enjoy your content 😊 I will now wish you good health, happiness and success always and until next time you will post your story. I am looking forward to seeing you again soon 😊. Thank you for seeing my message! Do not work too hard and be safe and be good! 😊 Bye for now dear Che B! 👋👋🙏😇💗tell Mama I said hello and thank you for being there for you!💪

I hope your finger gets better Che. 🙏🏻 We used to use a hose on our tap to water the garden too, it was a risk of getting the pressure high enough to reach the back of the garden or too high and making the hose pop off and water the kitchen instead.💦💦 That was great of the town to give residents vouchers to spend in local stores, it helps the people as well as local businesses.

@nemelendez
@nemelendez 2 ай бұрын
@@CheB.0609 it’s a soft semisweet cheese. The first mention of Gouda cheese dates from 1184, making it the oldest recorded cheeses in the world still produced today with the same recipe.[5] The cheese is named after the city of Gouda, South Holland,[6] not because it was produced in or around that city, but because it was traded there.Matured Gouda has a rich, caramel-like flavour, which is developed after prolonged ripening, along with brothy and malty or nutty undertones.[19] Depending on how long the cheese has been aged, the finish can range from silky to sharp. I prefer silky😄

@@CheB.0609 really don’t know. I know you can cut potatoes into French fries, season with herbs and spices and put them in air fryer for about 30 to 45 minutes at 380. I’ll try and let you know.
