Omg Ashley I’ve been experiencing headaches with this weird aura that starts in the center of my vision and grows larger until it leaves my vision completely. I never knew what it was called and I never knew how to explain it to people. You said you’ve been getting optical migraines and I searched that up and that’s exactly what I’ve been experiencing! Ashley, you may have literally saved my life. I’m gonna get it check out soon. Thank you omg😭 I hope you feel better and don’t have it again❤

Oh those migraines are so annoying! But the visual aura is called "scotoma", floaters are the little bubble or strings that you may see in the sky or on bright surfaces everyday, it is more specific to the vitreous part of the eye and are not a neurological phenomenon as aura migraines. Best way to deal with it is to identify the triggers!

AHA is really helpful for armpit bacteria and smell, especially the Ordinary's glycolic acid, you can put it on a few times a week at night, and it helps so much with smell and darkness!!!

Girl I get optical migraines too and can always tell when it’s coming on! You are not alone mine usually come on from stress, sleep and lack of food and water to! It hard to balance it all sometimes! Hope your head feels better ❤

OMG Migraines r the worst!!! I had them when I started working .. I literally face the computer for 8hrs everyday 😢 my vision got worse.I went to the neuro months ago for check-up..gave me meds and now I rarely get migraines. U should to see a doctor ashley 😢

hey Ashley!! I also struggled with armpit odour for a super long time - it made me not want to raise my arms or steer away from cute t shirts when hanging out wit my friends. However, someone recommended trying a mineral, 'alum', as a natural deodorant (you sort of shave off one end of the mineral so that you can rub it on your armpits like a stick deodorant). I used alum for almost 4-5 years after which my armpits RARELY smell, even if I go to the gym or it's super hot out in the summers. Flash forward to 5 years later, I rarely use alum and just stick to a normal deodorant and I DO NOT smell anymore. I highly recommend u trying this out!! Hope this helps!
