Hi Atty Joy! Agree that cooking is so much cheaper than ordering food online. I do put a premium on rest and relaxation and so I only order Grabfood as a reward and self-care on weekends. For that, I order food that I am not able to do myself like high quality salmon sashimi or Thai food or Shake Shack! For your groceries, do consider 1. to get higher quality ingredients to elevate your home meals (like use Kewpie Japanese Mayo versus Mayo Magic which btw isn't legit mayonaisse. It says so in the pack. It's all purpose dressing). Also, the knife you bought should be categorized under CAPEX (versus OPEX) so you were still within budget. :) Lastly, here's a hack for breakfast. If you have an air fryer (or even if you just have a normal pan), you may do a frittata. So so easy. For potatoes, cut it smaller and pan fry under the lowest heat and cover and it'll be crisp on the outside and soft on the inside! :) You eliminate a step. :) If you cut it in those big chunks, smash it and fry and it'll be yummy and crunchyyyyy. Loooove your vlogs so much and again, congratulations on passing the bar and now raising the bar with your cooking skills! :)

I just want to share , you can buy garlic powder, canned corned beef/ meat loaf/ hot dog , you don't have to use all serving, just a portion, sauté it with your favorite vegetables, you don't have to put salt, you can never go wrong with this 😍

I use shrimp to my ginataang kalabasa, i saute the head first with oil them mashed it so the flavor will add to the sauce, then Ill add the coconut milk. Then the veggies, then add the shrimp parts. 🥰
