freezer storage tip - use reusable ziplock bags and portion them - easy storage and would be the most practical when thawing :)

Hi! Not sure if this is true sa Pinas too but food and safety inspection (US gov’t) doesn’t recommend washing of raw meat kasi when you do, tumatalsik salmonella or any other bacteria sa sink or it can contaminate other meat and your surroundings esp chicken una mo ni-rinse using the same yellow strainer. Friendly info sharing Lang to prevent being sick.

I don't live there but I wash mine. I do it carefully. I soak the meat in salt, vinegar and water solution for a few minutes. Then I pour the water out int he sink and fill the big bowl again with water and that's where I rinse the meat, I don't wash the meat in running water, to avoid spattering water all over. I don't even touch the meat with my hands with this method. I use tongs. You gotta use your brain in everything. 😁

sheesh, $126 only for a mini fridge? that’s a steal wowie. it always fascinates me that philippines has flash sales every month, i can only wish we have anything similar to that 💔 i agree with investing in great beds, i invested a lot on my queen bed and i never regret it coz i love having all the space whenever i sleep hahaha anyways great video! 💜

Store garlic powder inside the refrigerator to avoid hardening and use dry spoon to scoop the powder

I have acid reflux and 40mg Omeprazole taken daily completely stopped the problem. My issue was with nighttime acid reflux while sleeping and it's gone now. I have to take the meds everyday like clockwork though.

acid reflux, avoid being too full all the time. increase vegetables in your diet. the best medicine for me is Gaviscon liquid.

pork tonkatsu now I know paano lutuin iyan madali lang pala❤❤ isa rin ako acidic person pero hindi ko alam kung paano maiiwasan iyan ee kasi isa din ako sa mahilig sa spicy, maalat na food at sour, mahilig din ako sa kape at soda . .ang sasarap kasi ni yan😊😊

Hello, regarding your question on what to do for your acid reflux. I have GERD. I used to have ACV tonic. And I have found it to be effective in reducing my acid reflux. You can try it and see if it works for you. Carry on! :)

New subscriber and a senior citizen with same health concern acid reflux/ gerd. Ist I would advise you to see a specialist a gastroenterologist . I've had that for 15 years now I'm on and off on PPI and antacids like Gaviscon it's like my maintenance na. But right don't be dependent on meds. I checked your groceries, oatmeal is chocolate flavored, avoid caffeine and food with caffeine. Dairies and other milk products are triggers too. Yakult is a good probiotic but it has milk can trigger acid reflux..those are general triggers but it can be different for different people. . Best take plant based milk like almond, yes and no spicy and caffeine, sour fruits .. It's a struggle really 😢
