Fabulous 👌 👏 👍 😍 I am vegetarian myself ,too !! I've been vegetarian for 15 years,once vegan for 17 years ,I am super surprised that there are so many vegan/ vegetarian restaurants in Ecuador & all over S.America /C.America !!! I'd love to visit Cuenca someday very soon with my mom ! She's vegetarian also ! 👍👍💜🥁🐉🎤🎶💞

Yes, every large city had some options for us! Especially cities that get a lot of tourism. Anytime we found ourselves somewhere that didn't have local options we just bought some veggies from a market and cooked up a stir fry :) I hope you make it to South America and enjoy your time there!

$1000 just for accommodations ? That should be super easy in Cuenca… Seems like $1000 would come close to paying most of your bills ?
