Thank you for this additional video, great to see your travels to the property, greeting the crew and Jas and Tom when they arrived, gave me a sense of what it could be like to go there and welcome my own guests. Thanks also for showing a bit more of the property and finally commenting on the turntable driveway, shame this was not demo'd. Yes I've entered the Omaze competition and dream of winning this great property with those stunning views.

£2.20 for one cookie 😲. You can get a pack of four from Aldi for £1.25 or something like that and they probably taste just as nice. Nice house by the way. It's very nice in Dartmouth and the nearby areas such as Brixham, Paignton and Torquay, had many holidays there.

Just my theory , but are these houses that are up for prizes in the competition offered by omaze, properties that the owners were unable to sell privately?

Some of them seem to have been on the market and struggled to sell at the original asking price (iirc the Kent clifftop house was first listed years ago at £6m!). But if that means Omaze can step in and haggle a good deal for themselves, is a winner going to be churlish and say "That house I won for £10 and you valued at £4.5m - I put it on the market and couldn't get an offer above £4m". The Cornwall 1 and Kent houses went back on the market above the Omaze valuation. But what offers they eventually get, we'll probably never know.

I think it's rude that you walked into Ben's cookies and started filming staff without asking for their permission. Not everyone is cool being on camera, being filmed and not everyone wants to be online.

@@VeeLondon1449 I'm not talking about Omaze staff, it's a promotional video with Omaze so it's expected that their staff will be on camera and be fine with it. I am talking about walking into Ben's cookies and filming the staff in there without asking for the staffs permission FIRST. That was RUDE.

Harrison Sutton Partnership, in Totnes. This house isn't shown in their website portfolio gallery, though there are some other private houses that seem to share some of its design and material traits.

so.... basically someone wins this house and you've already worn the clothes.... oh how wonderful.... and eating off plates and more that's supposed to come with the house and stuff... free house or not, it's disrespectful... especially if you're using cutlery, and cross contamination the owner won't know if one of you has STD's e.t.c

Have they? If they have its probably because it was wrong and showed a jack and jill bathroom upstairs, which I'm not a fan of. Watching these videos seems to show the upstairs bathroom is solely an ensuite.

It's still there on the Omaze site and it's still not entirely accurate. As well as the Jack and Jill, it shows a couple of the ensuites not having loos when they actually do, and the ground floor bedroom shower extends under the stairs (admittedly difficult to draw). There's also a mystery external grey door in the slate wall on the lower ground floor thats visible in the footage 8:50 but not on the plan. 🤔 Backdoor to the utility room would be nice, but it doesn't align on the plan.

The Corns can buy a ticket just like everyone else. The house that was on this plot before it was demolished was still out of most locals budget anyway. If anything Omaze have just given the Corns a chance they'd never otherwise have had.

You WASTED YOUR MONEY 😂😂😂 my grandma hit the lottery back in 2019 and bought a house 3 times bigger and way nicer with 41 acres of land with 2 lakes a boat dock and 2 other houses on it for what you paid for your place 😂😂
