I lived in JC back in 2011. I had a good time there. I love to hang out downtown JC. They are building high rises and opening restaurants all over JC. They are adding more high rises downtown, journal sq and now along rt 440 on the west side. I’m so excited for the future of JC.

There have been many positive changes within the last ten years, for sure. Just as in Bayonne, the native residents have mixed feelings about the development that's taken place.

Moved to cali from New York 3 years ago. But moving back east next year eventually Jersey city is the ultimate destination so definitely will do more research on this community.

I grew up in NJ, but then got stuck in the south. I'm moving back when I retire and Jersey City is at the top of my list. Thanks for the video.

Nice tour of downtown. But because I'm in Bayonne, I had to mention that every time you said Bayonne, the subtitle said Bergen. I grew up here and must say that J.C. has improved considerably in the past decade.

From a Jersey City resident hes not showing the real Jersey City He's not showing you ocean ave mlk and began ave He's not showing you stegman Or any of the ghetto Sections of Jersey City He's only showing you downtown but hes not gonna show you the greenville neighborhoods of jersey city

No comparison Jersey City is far superior. Next to New York a million avenues of fun and entertainment. Philly is not safe jersey City is pretty safe . Police are supported by the Mayor. Philly Mayor is an extreme leftist liberal.

Jersey City- horrible traffic, no parking spaces for most apartments/houses, filthy.

Water front looks nice but it's crazy expensive, the cost of living in all NJ is out of control north jersey specifically is side of madness by itself if you hate high taxes then definitely stay away from this state especially jersey city downtown

Downtown JC is probably the most expensive section of Jersey City but there are other much affordable areas, for those on a budget.
