I think you learn more about understanding the negatives as learning the positives. Negatives for Granite Bay is one golf course which is private. Yes there are other courses. Biggest negative is the quality of houses. Almost all houses built before 2010 are junk and 98% of the houses were built before 2010. Worst is most houses built after 2010 are contractor grade and built on top of each other. A second negative is PG & E. If you don’t have solar expect to pay over $1,000 per month on average.
