Guelph has been growing rapidly since 1980. Now with the south end, it is on fire. Along with this has come big city problems to our lovely little town. If you move in, be prepared to pitch in with your taxes and with your support. This is the Guelph way. Let's keep it.

You only spoke about the south end of the city without mentioning that there are several neighbourhoods in Guelph that one could easily argue are much more appealing than the "Guelphissauga" south end. Also, from a property tax perspective, you said that Guelph is part of Wellington County. This is incorrect. While the seat of Wellington County is indeed in Guelph, the city itself is a single-tier municipality that is independent and separate of Wellington County.
