I was bred and born in Balham! Grew up on Bedford Hill to the age of 12. I can tell what those shops were in the 70s!! It is better now than in the 60s and 70s. But Too damn expensive to live there now!

you left out a lot of schools, balham is also in lambeth borough, besides wandsworth borough

because of " gentrification " in Balham, they charge more money, because they think you are rich, I lived there from 1958 - 2018
