Sutton born and bred, always loved the place. Don't forget Sutton has 3 train stations, there's also Sutton Common and West Sutton.

I live right next to manor park and it is great! Cinema, shops and food is perfect and it’s a great place to be. I also went to manor park primary and know the teachers well who are very kind

Your better off in Banstead, a few stops along the train line if you want somewhere crime free and quieter and greener, still a direct train route to London, fast train to London is 35 minutes. I lived in Belmont and grew up going out in Sutton, nice during the day but always trouble at night, not on the same level as Croydon but still turns into a different place at night. If you want to buy anywhere always visit the area at night time as well as the day time. Banstead is a stones throw from Epsom downs and a much nicer area for schools etc

The London borough of Sutton is green and safe. The schools are some of the best in the country. Travel into central London is relatively quick - especially if you live closer to Morden underground station or Sutton Station. Sutton Common Station takes you into Wimbledon in 10 mins if you want a bigger high street to shop in. The parks nearby such as Morden Hall Park and Nonsuch Park are absolutely heavenly, plus Surrey's beautiful open spaces are a short drive away. Houses are still affordable compared to nearby Kingston Upon Thames or Wimbledon - however the house prices in Sutton have risen quite fast during the last few years and probably won't stay so affordable for long.

I was thinking of moving to Hackbridge which is in the borough. Sutton doesn't seem to be as vibrant now since the video was posted.

You can get into Victoria by train in 25 mins. A217 to M25 5 minutes drive away. SL27 Superloop is very quick to airport. Buses to Morden, Tooting, Kingston, and as far as Caterham Our transport is very good 5/10 is very low. You can live in Sutton without a car no problem Lived in Sutton and Cheam 50 years.

It is not 5 mins to the M25 unless you are doing double the speed limit. At least 15 mins assuming no hold ups but often 25 or more!

Great content and thank you for recording and publishing this. Just one minor comment: Calm down with the jump cuts. They're a bit too aggressive and make it slightly agitating to watch. In fairness it's more of a audio thing that a video thing but it has that crazy American feel about it.

Are you talking about Sutton town or the LBof Sutton? If the latter I would suggest 10/10 for education. Wilson school, Wallington grammar boys and girls (2 schools) and Non such grammar for girls.

I've lived in Sutton all my 50 years of life. It was better before the millennium. Now it's over crowded and over developed and full of foreigners. Not my town anymore.

I have always disagreed with the borough becoming south London when in truth Sutton is Surrey first always. It has changed so much since I was born as well as raised in Sutton and it is becoming more of a city look than a borough one. I will always have a heart emoji for Sutton as well as Carshalton my birth place but I will never return as way to expensive to live there now. Great video and thank you.

unless you were born before the mid 60s , if you were born in St Helier ,Morden or Sutton your from London not Surrey

My sister was born in Kingston hospital in Surrey Jan 1965. Had she been born in the same place in April 1965 (3 months later) she would have been born in London. I was born in 1966 in Clapham, London. Had I been born in the same place in 1888 I would have been born in Surrey. Hope that makes things clearer.

@@stellagyan6942 I also live there and since they didnt answer I will sutton is a gorgeous place but they have a pretty average crime rate like on my friend's block in sutton there was a stabbing nearby and I walked in on people doing graffiti but it is all very rare and a nice place to be !
