It's probably best known as the Kobe basketball court house. That shouldn't be the focus of the property.

@@ArvinHaddadOfficial I think just making it a neutral basketball or sports court would de-emphasize the court as the focus. It's the first thing everyone thinks of when they see this listing. "Rare new modern in Brentwood w/ views of the Getty" might work?
